Beckham’s Return Results in a Disappointing Tie

David Beckham returned to the pitch Thursday after missing 10 L.A. Galaxy games because of a knee injury. His return was less than triumphant as his team failed beat Red Bull New York. Their 1-1 tie will keep Beckhams team in the running for the Major League Soccer playoffs.
