Eric Addo Spits at Opponant during Champions League
PSV Eindhoven’s Ghanaian defender Eric Addo has gotten himself into a bit of trouble during a PSV Champions League 0-0 draw when he spat at his Turkish opponent, Semih Senturk of Fenerbahce.
UEFA has charged Eric Addo and have said they will handle him internally, whatever that means. The incident happened Tuesday October 23rd and the review from the UEFA’s Control and Disciplinary Body is already taking place.
Eric Addo doesn’t deny spitting at Semih Senturk, but does believe he was justified because Semih intentionally elbowed him in the face. Either way Addo did apologise to Semih and to the League.

tempers rise during matches especially when treated unfairly. Eric Ado has no excuse for what he did but I guess he didn’t think before doing that. It was at the spare of the moment and he must regret it. So sorry.
