Liverpool in new tapping up scandal involving Arsenal star
The BBC has sensationally accused Liverpool of tapping up Arsenal’s favourite son, Thierry Henry. Apparently they used a young scallywag as a go between. The FA and EUFA are investigating the incident. Here is a transcript of the secret video of Mr Henry admitting the approach and his part in it. It was taken at Bob Wilson’s charity, the Willow Foundation.
“A kid asked me on Wednesday if I would have liked to play for another team,” the Arsenal and France striker said yesterday. “Straight away I said Liverpool.
“First of all, I would have loved to play with Steven Gerrard and second I like the club and their fans. There’s something about Anfield that you can’t explain.
“I love it when you step out of the dressing-room and you see the Kop, the scarves, and singing You’ll Never Walk Alone. Just that, that would do it for me.
“Obviously it can never happen because I love Arsenal too much. There can never be a possibility of playing anywhere else in England.”
Harry Redknapp has come out in defence of Rafa saying “Its all Bollocks”

anon - actually the words were real, and they were reported in the times and the telegraph, but they were on the same tone as what Harry had said about Andy Todd and the BBC had accused him of Tapping Up, so I thought i’d be ironic, sorry if it went over your head, i’ll try to dumb a few of my posts down in future, just for you….

Im sorry, but fair enough, apparently Terry Henry did say that he liked Liverpool and it hasn’t been denied.
But for f***s sake, ‘anon’ had a point. I came to the link believing that it a was some sort of scandle with proof. Just because ‘Sack the Juggler’ says that it was the BBC tapping Henry up, dosnt mean it is fact. And As far as I know, ‘kids’ arnt considered agents, in fact there are child labour laws in place. So if the BBC got a kid to ask him then he cant be an agent and Henry would understandably answere honestly.
