The 2008 MLS Tournament Will Be Held in Los Angeles
The Home Depot Center in Los Angeles, California will host the Major League Soccer’s 13th annual championship match. The center is home to the Los Angeles Galaxy who are the proud owners of famed British soccer player, David Beckham. Sources have said that in the past, tournaments that were held in Los Angeles have always been sold out. So it would be only logical to have a seemingly unpopular American sport held at a place where the league might actually turn a profit in ticket sales.
