Yet another Liverpool player ends up in court
What is it with Liverpool players these days? They just can’t seem to keep out of court.
Recently they’ve had Bellamy in court for assault, Cisse being arrested for beating up his wife, Pennant not only being jailed but also being the first Premiership player to wear an electronic tagging device, Dudek handcuffed by police and now Riise, who was also involved in the shame in Portugal, getting dragged through the courts because he wont pay his debts.
Riise, despite earning a reported £50,000 a week, has been declared bankrupt by Liverpool County Court for an unpaid debt. It is believed that the debt relates to his former agent and is linked with an ongoing fraud investigation also going through the courts back in Norway.
Liverpool gives new meaning to the phrase “we’ve got a player on trial…. “

Are you still bitter?
Just because Everton, the self-proclaimed ‘People’s Club’, could only attract under 7,000 of their massive following to an historic match between Everton & Barcelona legends (I use the term legends very loosely). Just because your annoyed at your own clubs lack of support or interest in raising funds to secure a valuable collection of Everton memorabilia, in fact a piece of your own club’s history.
This is obviously eating you up inside because you can’t help having a pop at Liverpool. Again.
Don’t pretend to tell us that it’s just that Liverpool are in the news again because if that was the case you would be telling us how amazing Steven Gerrard MBE is, but to admit that would hurt you too much!!

Nice to see you’re feeling charitable too, Mark.
Here you go, Juggs: another hit.

Steve Me was the best player on the park against Andorra - but to be honest he’d still be one of the best players on the park if we were playing Italy / France / etc.
doesn’t change the fact the Riise at al are making headlines for the wrong reasons….

Riise et al?
Please correctme if I’m wrong but neither Cisse or Dudek were charged with any offence, Pennant wasn’t at the club when he went to prison or was tagged, Bellamy was cleared of his charge (the offence occurring long before he joined the club) and even Riise’s lawyers are looking to get his bankruptcy annulled (I’m not sure he’s making headlines for any wrong reasons though).
I mean trying to link the Bellamy and Pennant incidents to Liverpool FC is absolutley scandalous.

Have to say Juggs - rather a poor effort on this one sunshine. Not so much a point for debate as ‘Let’s have a pop’. Disappointed.

Can i add a few more to the list?
What about Finnan running over people in his Range Rover,Crouch and his coke snorting missus,Michael Shields and his paving slab skull duggery, all associated with the whiter, than white colours of LFC, and also, lets add the sh*t throwing fans at Man Utd fans, the singing when Alan Smith broke his ankle, or the Ambulance tipping offense?
I can go on, but then again, we ALL know what is coming next.
Yeah, LFC, what a brilliant institute they are a beaming light for all people.
